Residents and Staff Create Butterfly Tree

Pioneer Health and Rehab is staying positive and creative with the creation of a butterfly tree. Residents and staff have filled a tree on the wall full of paper butterflies. On the wings of the butterflies are prayers, words of love and hopeful messages. The butterflies send hope and love to the friends and family of our residents and staff.

Pioneer Health & Rehab is a community-owned senior care facility featuring long term care and short-term rehabilitation managed by Grace Lutheran Communities, a local non-profit organization based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
