Join Us for our Fall Bazaar and Pizza Sale

On Wednesday, November 14th Pioneer Health and Rehab will be hosing our annual Fall Bazaar and Pizza Sale! Join us from 3 to 6 PM and enjoy baked goods, dips, crafts, sub-sandwiches, and homemade pizzas for sale!

All craft and baked good sales will benefit our residents. All pizza sales will go towards our facility Christmas party.

Donations are welcome and can be dropped off at the activity department.

Pioneer Health & Rehab is a community-owned senior care facility featuring long term care and short term rehabilitation managed by Grace Lutheran Communities, a local non-profit organization based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
