Welcoming New Administrator, Erica Salsbury!

Pioneer Health and Rehab is excited to announce Erica Salsbury as its new Administrator!

Salsbury previously served as the Social Worker/Activity Director and has been with Pioneer Health and Rehab for 12 years. She is excited to continue her loving care for both residents and staff members with the common purpose of providing a better quality of life for all.

“As I transition to my new role I'm excited to use my skills, passion, and love of helping others to become an effective leader. I'm excited to learn new things and continue to help those in our community and surrounding communities with any and all rehab needs or even long-term care if and when needed,” says Salsbury.

As a leader, Salsbury is aware of how important communication and technical skills are in order to help others understand how valuable the services and at Pioneer Health and Rehab is.

“It’s so important to be quick to listen and slow to speak to effectively build cooperative efforts for the main goal of caring for our residents, families and loved ones.”

Pioneer is honored to have Salsbury transition into her new role with a strong understanding of the families, residents, and community members alike who make Pioneer such a wonderful healthcare facility in Northwestern Wisconsin.

Salsbury graduated with a bachelors of science degree in health administration and has more than a decade of experience in the senior care field.

Pioneer Health & Rehab is a community-owned senior care facility featuring long term care and short term rehabilitation managed by Grace Lutheran Communities, a local non-profit organization based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
