Welcoming Director of Nursing, Lisa Robinson

Pioneer Health and Rehab extends a warm welcome to its new Director of Nursing, Lisa Robinson!

Robinson is a Prairie Farm community member and is extremely familiar with the quality care and activities that Pioneer Health and Rehab provides the community and surrounding areas.

“The most exciting part of joining this team is to be a part of the community that I live in and to make an impact on the families and residents. I hope they will desire to be part of our family at Pioneer Health & Rehab and can entrust their care in the hands of a team that truly cares,” says Robinson.

A quote that represents Robinsons’ love and passion for nursing is, “People won’t remember what you did. People won’t remember what you said. But people will always remember the way you made them feel.”

“I love being able to help someone achieve their goals, whether it be getting better from an acute illness, overcoming a chronic health condition, or my favorite, regaining strength after a surgery or a fall and returning to an independent life. I love helping people and enjoy that satisfied feeling when I helped them get to the goal that they were seeking.”

Robinson whole-heartedly believes her positive and involved approach as a leader provides the best care possible to residents and their family members.

“I believe that we have a great leadership team! We work well together and we all have different qualities and knowledge that we contribute to being successful!”

Administrator Erica Salsbury says, “I am so excited to have Lisa Robinson on as our new Director of Nursing! She brings to our team great clinical IQ, dedicated passion, and desire for all residents. It’s great to have someone with her passion in nursing to lead our nursing team.”

Robinson is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She has many years of experience in the medical and senior care fields.

Pioneer Health & Rehab is a community-owned senior care facility featuring long term care and short term rehabilitation managed by Grace Lutheran Communities, a local non-profit organization based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
