Summer Fun at Pioneer

As fall weather sets in and the trees turn from green to red and gold, we wanted to take a look back at the wonderful summer we had at Pioneer Health and Rehab! Our residents enjoyed the warm weather and many outings and celebrations.

We held our Community Picnic Luau in August and loved sharing a meal with our neighbors in Prairie Farm. Our residents really enjoyed going to the Farmers Market at Country Lane Pantry and Susie's Cafe in Barron

Our residents always enjoy the ever-famous bingo, and our baking group really enjoy making different dishes to share with others. Table swatter ball was a fun way to get some exercise in with our arms!

The community is always invited and encouraged to join us for activities. We'd love to see you!

Pioneer Nursing Home is a community-owned senior care facility featuring long term care and short term rehabiliation managed by Grace Lutheran Communities, a local non-profit organization based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
